If you’re coming to Eigg to get away from it all and relax, you’re coming to the right place.
If you’re after adventure, then there’s plenty here to keep you occupied.
Eigg Adventures offer bike and kayak hire, allowing you to explore the island from all angles.
Our wildlife warden also offers a guided walk every Wednesday to show you the flora and fauna of the island.
There are numerous walks around the island, from mellow to moderate to downright difficult! Maps are available from the craft shop at Am Laimhrig, or you can speak to Owain at Eigg Adventures who will be happy to recommend their favourite hikes or book you in for a guided walk.
If you’d like to know more about the history of the island, you should consider a visit to Croft No. 6 in Cleadale, a museum which will tell you all about past life on Eigg.
After a day of exploring or just enjoying the serenity, you can visit Galmisdale Bay tearoom, or the Rest and Be Thankful teashop for some homemade cake and a well deserved cup of tea or locally brewed beer.
